How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@wire2wire.app with the subject line “Wire2Wire Account Deletion Request.”
Please include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number or email address used for your Wire2Wire account.
- A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
If you can still access the app, you may also request deletion from inside the app if that option is available.
Data We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal account data associated with your Wire2Wire account, including profile information, authentication credentials, contact details, and payment handles stored in your profile.
Data That May Be Retained
Some historical round, score, team, invite, or settlement records may be retained in de-identified or limited form when needed to preserve the integrity of rounds involving other players, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required, we will let you know using the contact information provided in your request.
Before submitting to Play Console, replace this email address if the final support mailbox is different.
